I got to have the pleasure of seeing Day Light Mind's newest menu change. It is a restaurant located in both downtown Kailua, and in the queens shops in Waikoloa.  They offer a little bit of everything, from perfectly roasted coffee to the freshest ingredients to the best view in town, Day Light Mind is a place not to be missed.
